Also, please let me know if there is a different community, other than where it has already been posted, in which this post would be better suited.

You should probably also have more than one person with access to the server, to avoid the problems we had with feddit.de .

Which problems are you referring to?

The head admin / owner disappeared, which lead to the server eventually breaking and later completely dying.
