It might seem like a lot, but that also means that I’ve tried only 6 sets of switches. (I’ve one extra set)

So you don’t buy new switches and then swap them out and try different key caps on the same boards just for fun like I do? Am I alone in this?

Not really. When I want to try something new I just build new keyboard lol.

if you want really high actuation force then you should look into spring swapping with some heavy springs (85g or more imo).
