Houthis to halt Israel, Red Sea attacks if Gaza truce comes into force
(www.aljazeera.com)
I feel like separating the commercial attacks from defending sovereign aggression would go a LOOOONG way towards legitimising them in the eyes of anyone not currently bombing them.
The what from the what?
attacking shipping was the only international response against the genocide.
if the genocide ends and they stop attacking commercial shipping in response, regardless of continued attacks from the west, that almost smells like the moral high ground to me.
I mean moral high ground isn't worth much when you're still being bombed.
The US, UK, and Isreal are all at war with Yemen? Fuck, how long have I been asleep?
They've been bombing Yemen since the Yemeni blockade on Israel in 2023.
