Let me guess their excuse: "But we thought that disabled people are not productive due to our unproven naived egotistical assumption." "We cannot spend money or accommodation to provide actual help to disabled because the one of the countries with the greatest wealth, rule of law, and democracy could not afford it." "We assume that our faulty apporach that will not offended rich free riders is the best approach to help the disabled." "Other countries have worse or worser treatment towards the disabled according to our claim that lost its credibility from our hypocrisy."
And there's plenty of jobs to go around that disabled people could do? It wouldn't just be writing a thousand resumes and facing decades of rejection even if you could survive?
