This is Extremely Dangerous to Our Democracy

Going right to the top, you mean?

The stations in question:

WNBC - New York City NBC affiliate owned and operated by NBC

WCBS - New York City CBS affiliate owned and operated by CBS

WPVI - Philadelphia ABC affiliate owned and operated by ABC

Clearly sending a specific message by going after complaints specifically from first-party stations in large markets.

They learned from Hungary, that in democracy if you control media, you control how people vote.

I mean the US was already about 70% there, much farther than almost every other Western country..

Not that the remaining 30% isn't CRUCIAL, mind you, but let's not pretend that nothing was wrong with just about every aspect of the US political system before Trump et al took it to 11..

Are you kidding? On the fascism bingo card, that's the free space.

Everyone who’s been paying attention knew this was coming.

Do I take the angle that they did this to themselves or do I take the Angle that I hate the Constitution UNLESS I'm Defending a Mass Child Killing Murderer?
