Most points are fine, but that creator (who is Dutch, I can tell by the accent) has an incredible grudge against modern architecture and frankly I don't trust them because of it. This was also present in a different video of his that I watched a while ago.
The nice architecture was when cities weren't doubling in size every few decades and labour was cheaper, more abundant and more exploitable. It smells of reactionary traditionalism, detachment from material realities and an implicit fuck-you to socialist housing projects because it isn't pretty enough for him.
And I say that as someone who is sympathetic to the idea of architecture becoming more local.
