Stayed for a couple of days in SF and had to snap a pic for the community. Unfortunately, didn't have time to get in one so I can't share about the experience.

Great shot! I live in SF so I've ridden them


they're fun, but also...they just work. Not as smooth as the new Siemens units that run on the other lines, but they get the job done.

I also really appreciate that they're not a tourist gimmick


they run a real route, and they take the same payment & cost the same as other Muni bus and rail lines.

There's a railway museum? Cool, I'll be sure to visit it if I ever go back. Though your geoguess is a bit off as the pic was taken near pier 39 and the museum is close to the embarcadero no?
