He went buck wild and built a custom wireless Toslink adapter, but you don't need to build that part ,and just the 3d printed speakers themselves are interesting.

His published models aren't parametric but he did parametrically optimize them for sound quality, and he takes an interesting approach of printing hollow walls that he fills with plaster to make them denser and less resonant.
