I mean, the Windows 10 background was actually a real photograph, not CGI, which was pretty impressive.
I see Firefox, I see VLC. Things aren’t too bad.
Also Edge, Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat
yeah, it seems like the big anime corporation who produced that background can't really make up it's mind...
I used a wallpaper for quite a while and then KDE picked the same one to make it one of the defaults.
So, kinda?
I'm a "clean install a LTS release every two years" kind of guy. I keep the default wallpaper because it's a reminder of what release I'm on. Kind of like a changing of the seasons type of thing.
You can also be lazy and just change the wallpaper every two years instead of a clean install.
It cost five hundred thousand dollars to photograph this background... for 12 seconds.
Some people think they can outsmart me. Maybe... maybe. I've yet to meet one that can outsmart photo.
The W11 SE laptop I bought this week had an energy drink ad as its default background. It was a genuine shock to see how bad things were getting over there in the Microsoft world.
That was probably the OEM that put that there, not Microsoft, I hate windows OEMs as they always ship garbage with their devices
I just checked, you were right. Lenovo were the ones who pulled that stunt.
I just heard that Win11 Solitaire has ads
I care so little about background that I just set it to black. But I just checked and at some point in the last few weeks or maybe even months it switched back to the standard one. Stange...
Yes, the giant corporation I work for ...
The power of Wallpaper Engine, bitch.
I use the windows 10 background on Ubuntu so I can worship Microsoft while using Linux.
I see a terminal. Arch master race
