Really hope they end up doing some DLC. Even a quest pack would do. Feel like I'm not done with the game but the game has no more content to offer.

If the way they supported their previous games is anything to go by, I wouldn't expect any DLC. there was no DLC for divinity original sin or D:OS 2. This is the game, if you want more of it you start a new run, maybe on tactician mode, with new builds.

I tried the different characters to get their story on different play though on Divinity 2. With Baldur's Gate 3, I made a custom character for first play. I want to do a few of the other characters for additional play. Even the evil origin one.

But we'll see what Larian does with their fame.

To be fair though, DOS and DOS2 are arguably far less popular games. They helped set the stage for this, but Larian knocked this one out of the park. Why wouldn't they do DLC if the DLC will sell well (it obviously would)? Sounds like a wise investment to me, based on current sales of BG3.

I agree! To continue the argument: DOS2 was, at the time, a big hit for Larian. Its one of the main reasons why they could expand the way they did. I think that the way Larian does development is not very conducive to creating DLC. If they do, I suspect it will only be released at the end of 2024 at the earliest.

On one hand they'd be leaving a lot of money on the table if they didn't. On the other, a DLC would be very expensive to make considering the standard it would have to deliver.

While that's true, they have the funds thanks to the massive success of the game, and they can be reasonably sure they'd get a similarly successful DLC launch. Let's hope!

Also it might be tough to put a DLC in Early Access, like they did with the game itself. Community feedback contributed a lot.

Huh! How many hours have you in the game? I finished the story once but I feel like there's so much more to do!

Bit more than 200. There's stuff I haven't done, but broad strokes I've done everything big, save for a thing in act II, couple endings and killing the grove.

How does one report bugs to them? I keep running into them, but don't know what to do with them
