Jerbora hiding android notification bar on top of screen (lemmy.ca)

Anyone else having this issue? When scrolling on the app I can't see the clock or battery or notification icons and can't seem to find a setting to disable this

E: nvm, there is something else at play, the following worked only once

I can reproduce it like this:

  • open any image post
  • open the image, then tap it again to fullscreen it
  • leave the app/minimalize it
  • return to the app, leave the fullscreen image, now the whole app seems to be stuck in "fullscreen"
