Charlie Brown, with a towel over his arm, leans over towards a sitting Snoopy. He says,"There's something I'd like to ask you, Snoopy"

He turns towards Snoopy as he stands in the bathroom atop a chair, next to the sink. He asks,"Why don't dogs ever wash their hands?"

He washes his hands and continues,"Of course, it probably wouldn't do much good..."

As he towels his hands, he looks down at Snoopy and concludes,"You'd just have to walk on them right away again anyway!"
