I've been observing 16:8 intermittent fasting for close to 2 years now and it has really helped keep my weight in check. I'm not obese or anything but the main benefit I really get from it is I've stopped snacking late into evening, which I think was really the unhealthy habit I had. It also helped me cut back on overeating sweets.
