Original Title: Study links sugary drinks to increased risk of mouth cancer. Research found compared with women who drank less than one sugary drink per month, those who indulged in one or more sugary drinks daily were 4.87 times more likely to develop oral cancer.

You know, every time any study about sugar comes out, it paints a damning picture. I've greatly reduced my sugar intake in recent years and once I did that I realized how saturated our food choices are with ridiculous amounts of it.

Try eating no sugary food for a week, you'll see what I mean.
