Like modlogs, except you can actually see what is going on behind the scenes and whether the reasons given for each form of disciplinary action corresponds.

A report being semi-confidential allows one to be discreet about certain things, not every report is about someone being disruptive.

All this will do is cause endless retaliations and drama. Admins are able to see who reported a given comment, that is not knowledge that would be beneficial if visible to the user.
