If it leads to a cake-cutting ceremony involving a sword (like the USMC birthday), one member of the military may be standing there next to him, blade in hand, with the words "...all enemies, foreign and domestic..." ringing in their head and the opportunity to do the funniest thing possible in that situation.

Having a hundred thousand protesters suddenly show up and block the parade would be incredible. Trump would either be forced to stop his birthday parade and look weak or try to retaliate against peaceful protestors on a widely televised event.
