And the US
Using Windows is a true flex on Lemmy
One situation I've repeatedly faced that could be solved by fully public voting is having those debates when someone puts a single downvote on my opponent's comments.
Silly, yes, but it may look like I am downvoting a person to aggravate. I am not, it's not me! :D
The attraction is not defined by the consent of the other party. You would be attracted to the same people even if dating them would hurt them. You're just lucky not to, it never was a moral choice.
Now what is a moral choice is what you do with such attraction. And celibacy in relation to such potentially damaging attraction is the only moral option.
Let's hope people won't get so reliant on LLMs and so uncritical they follow through
Second approach is better as it teaches you to fix and understand the system you're working with
Of course, this is a more complicated and energy - demanding approach, though. But if you wanna stay on Linux, you better figure such stuff out, this will be invaluable in the long run.
I should also mention that Debian, despite the Bookworm introducing more user-friendly options, is not a newbie-centered distribution and fixing things in there tend to be more tedious for an inexperienced user.
The upside, however, is that once you've set it up, everything will just work. But first you might face some pain.
Probably still not as bad as Windows due to open source nature
After all, there's plenty of Linux servers around, hacking them can be a huge market, so there already is an incentive to hack into Linux.
Also, it's a bold assumption that Linux will overtake the desktop market the way it did with servers in any reasonable timeframe.
The quick war narrative was originally coined by Russian media, though. Not Ukrainian one, and neither of the governments said that.
If only in part because women became workers too, allowing capitalists to strip more as family can live on two incomes.
But at the end of the day, the true enemy is not liberation - but the capital. Nothing stopped us from adopting a 4-hour work day or 3-day work week as women entered the workforce. Nothing but inherent laws of capitalism and desire to squeeze as much work as possible.
Any tools to rip stuff from Funimation?
Maybe this way folks will preserve it.
Regardless of how bad Putin's actions are, it never hurts to listen to what he says as he still dictates what happens.
Don't worry, it is a load of bullshit on Ukraine indeed, starting with vague historical references, but you better know what kind of crap you deal with. On a positive side, it adds some valid critique of the US - not of Biden or Democrats, he goes through with no respect to exact party, and mostly back in history, but related to modern situation.
It never helps to cut yourself from information, and it doesn't validate his position if you listen to it. The best approach to critics is "checking out and then reasonably confirming it's crap".
There is an entire Linux server segment - exploiting Linux can be insanely profitable
