It's the same continuity, just a rebrand for the Disney+ release. The new doctor's season is funded by Disney, so it seems they didnt want new viewers to be intimidated by "series 14" and thus switched to "season 1" (problem is, Ncuti's first episode was the most recent Christmas special, which was not labeled as part of "season 1" last i checked)
I view it as a high fidelty walking sim with so-so combat and excellent audio+narrative, so if you play with this in mind i dont think youll be disappointed. And, youve probably heard this before, wear headphones for the full experience
Finished the New Game Plus for Alan Wake 2 (PS5) and got the platinum. Now i am back on Grime (PC) which is fun. I like how I dont lose all my money when i die. Also, im actually not bad at parrying here like i am in most games.
I also bought some games from the Steam Winter Sale. Started Overboard and Word Factori.
I love when sci fi settings/devices get organically woven into character arcs, so I'm a sucker for the "who's who" trope (heh). The situation with the doubles let us see Donna and the Doctor want to be vulnerable but also scared and angry. They do get that tender hug at the very end but even then that's sandwiched between the Doctor confusing the double with the real Donna and him not wanting to talk about "15 years."
I really wonder how the relationship will round out in just one special.
Depends on what it is. Failure can cause harm to others. Do we want bad safety inspectors, cops, or educators?
i was just thrown by the fact that nobody considered the possibility that it was a plot by Romulans or Gorn to get the Federation to self-sabotage. they stated they were at the edge of known space, so i thought a much more cautious attitude was required

but it's missing metroid prime (esp. chozo ruins and phendrana drifts) and professor layton (any of the puzzle themes).
