Lmao that was gold.
The reason they're black boxes is because that's how LLMs work. Nothing new here, neural networks have been basically black boxes for a long time.
Yeah after reading about this I feel like this is nothing. Is it weird that the logs include stuff like sensor data of your printer? Or that they send the model? Isn't that the entire point of the help function and logging.
The open-source copyright violations are an issue though, should those be factual.
Sure, but you could have a setting which allows sexualised content to be accessed or showed. Or just a popup when entering the stream like it already does with mature streams or whatever they're called. You can have the streams only visible to people logged in, have people put their age on the account when making it (not sure if already a thing) and not show this stuff to people under 18. Yes you can just say you're 18 but in that case the kids do it deliberately and won't just stumble upon it. Have the parents do an underage account for them. Lots of options, and yes, the parents do have responsibility as well.
The thing I dislike the most is not directly the cold, but it is the feeling that nobody is outside just for the sake of it and nobody is enjoying it. Like, when summer comes everything feels alive. Not just the nature but people, hiking, walking, doing picnics, hanging our, eating ice cream etc. People outside look like they're enjoying life. But during winter? Fuck no. And everyone looks the same, oh look 10 people in thick as balls black / grey / dark winter coats who look like round blobs. A bit of a hyperbole but that's how I always feel like.
And the darkness sucks. Fun to go to down when it is pitch black and it is again pitch black when you get back home.
This is interesting but issue with Perovskites is not efficiency per say, but it is degradation. It is a cool tech but their lifetime is measured in months and not decades. Here's one study for instance. Perovskites might be where the tech is going but there are still major hurdles to overcome.
Nah its not a Faraday cage really. Ever wonder why they always have the same weird thick boi door? Its because when you close it, the door acts as a quarter-wave choke for the 2.45Ghz microwave signal (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waveguide_flange#Choke_connection). But this only works for that very specific frequency.
Man, I should find a bunch of blogs etc, get an rss reader and read those instead of doom scrolling memes and garbage.
I'd be scared to have an account in something with .zip domain. Could be that some big players start to block that domain (Google, isps).
Though I guess you just make a new account if shit hits the fan.
My zucchini has been amazing! First time growing it and just a single plant but I've probably gotten like 8 large bois from it. Tomatoes seem suuuuper late, tons of berries but not even a hint of ripening.
This is why you need to add reddit to the search.
Which is sad as hell.
Same as with anything that needs a collection of people to make a change. You just do it so that more people start to do it and at some point that number of people is large enough that it makes a dent. Or more likely, large enough that companies realise potential for profit and invest more into it, making a positive feedback loop.
