I say go with proxmox on the n100 (I use it), there are alternatives kvm/QEMU managers that I heard good things about as well (namely Incus https://github.com/lxc/incus )

I feel sorry that a vote for a 3rd party (in the US) may lead to the opposition winning and people that vote that way are derided.

We have Mixed Member Proportional here in NZ and it may not be the best voting system but I think it beats First Past the Post. I also feel the voting for a president / legistave is a bit broken.

and in the west we have mink farms (europe) and mass swine and chicken farms, we also have (particularly in the Americas?) have industrial farming of beef/milk. All have the potential (and have done in the past) to do the same fast spread and interspecies transmission of diseases.

This strikes as a little anti China/Asia and 'think of the poor foxes and dogs' as why are not 'western' things to farm

I take offence at that, we have a KJV on our book shelf and it is never opened and I certainly don't call my self a fundamentalist Christian, or even a Christian.

It is sitting with the greek myths, british folk law, NZ pre European accounts/trade/culture, and the section with all the language/translation etc

Well it's been 10 months since I left redis and spun up my own instance. It's been a fun little ride with a very fast surge at the start and a bit of a plato. Lemmy seems to be gaining traction again, which is good.

How has it changed me? - I guess I actuall spend more time here than I did on reddit - as I find the quality of comments far better and more enjoyable

As an admin / owner I have had to see and deal with some stuff that I wish I hadn't had to see - there are some sick fucks out there
