It’s a mod that effectively makes Fallout 4 a new game. It’s set in its own world, has its own story, and has its own unique mechanics.
Some people are even saying it’s the best Fallout since NV.

There are plenty of Pokemon mods for other games on Nexus, as well as other mods that incorporate copywritten content.
I’m guessing they just got scared off after that guy got a dmca for making a Pokemon mod, even tho part of why they did was because they were paywalling it.
I don’t judge the age difference as long as they’re both adults. What two consenting adults do is up to them, it’s none of my business.
Probably because most devs stopped making their own proprietary engines, so the supply for solid engines is at an all time low. With less options they can crank up the price, as there aren’t really any other options for most devs.
