Ah, the democrats are showing their true colors once again as the party of the KKK.

Last time I checked the KKK endorses the Republican party these days. Same as literal Nazis. Isn't that why Republicans allow Klan hoods and Nazi flags at their gatherings? Calling Democrats the party of the KKK isn't the insult you think it is when Republicans are the ones openly embracing their rhetoric.

Republicans will call themselves a dictator and get mad when others calls themselves anti dictator. Bunch of snowflakes.

The future of net neutrality is already decided, has been for a while. The only question is when. Does NN end now or later. We already let the wolves in.

Piracy is a service problem.

Yes but also it is increasingly becoming a price problem

Kinda ironic that you didn't cover your email address in a privacy community

I remember there was a water treatment plant or something similar that got hacked. The hackers started messing with the levels of the chemical mixtures to poison an entire city. The only reason it didn't end in catastrophe is because there was somebody watching that specific screen at the exact moment it happened. Seeing this made that scenario more terrifying.

Fines should be paid directly to the workers that had to work under these conditions. They should also be paid in multiples of yearly salary, it's a trillion dollar company. The company pays more as a consequence and those that suffered get compensation. Maybe also a percentage should go to the agency (not Amazon related) overseeing this kind of thing like the NLRB.

If recent memory serves, the answer is rage for a few days then back to life as usual.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. They will just change the laws to make it illegal and sue you/us.

Adding to this. The judge said "It engenders the same fear that January 6 does." So if this crime is just as bad Jan 6, shouldn't he be getting the same punishment as other Jan 6 traitors. Like you said, a shorter sentence. Not saying I agree with the judge but pick a side.

$999
I have no use for a HR smart watch but at this price it's not even a possibility. Hundreds of dollars is acceptable but this is a hard no for me. My Casio G-Shock GBD 200 + GadgetBridge has all the features I want from a smart watch and costs about $150.
However, I will say kudos to Masimo for sticking it to Apple. Not many people can go against a giant like that and win.
