It may not stand the test of time but I have so many memories playing that game as a kid.

Sure you can take the presidential and senate elections as a data point but from someone who lives in Virginia and makes trips to see friends all over the state I can tell you it's not so black and white (or red/blue).
I don't think anyone is surprised to hear that it does not run well on the deck. Personally I'll be streaming the game with game pass if I want to play on steam deck
It was cancelled in May this year and never had any episodes released
It's pretty common for some games to leave and then return again to game pass. Probably has to do with licensing terms
