Can you give more details? What apps do you use? Anything worth noting? Thinking about doing this myself as well.
Excellent article. That's why I use OSS first and foremost as they don't have the incentive to bring in € instead they are more focused on a quality product.
It is. It's a rolling release so it has the latest packages. It's not bleeding edge like arch. All software goes thru an automatic testing in OpenQA before they are allowed in the repo so there's some quality control. It's also very stable.
I'm on the Other category, both for home and work. I use Tumbleweed in both.
Under GDPR this kind of data collection and sharing HAS to be opt-in i.e. with an informed consent. You can't just bury it in your TOS and/or privacy policy. The user has to be explicitly shown what they are collection, on what basis they are doing it and how they are using it, then give the user the choice to accept or decline that, and they have to respect that decision.
I'd say wait a few days to see if glibc-eac-bin
gets updated. Could the name refer to easy anti cheat perhaps? The glibc is the official library that comes with Linux distros.
Learn Groovy
Stay away from Groovy. It's a horrible language. It's quick to write but slow and difficult to read. It's conventions make it a very error prone.
Link to the things you mention e.g. you say to get familiar with Loom. When searching for that all I get is some screen recording software (probably not what you meant).
Scala pays better than Java or Kotlin
According to what research?
Metro Exodus (PC Enhanced Edition).
Basically anything above assembly is a high level language. The article is not about making everything from scratch. It's about thinking about what you're doing and not just being lazy.
