I used a Base64 Gila 7 > ASCII Bit 7 or 8 (I usually run both path options) > CC> Little UTF16 > Big UTF16

I came across the files when I was looking for ties to the Blanchard ring. I also found the context of other things as well. Is it confirmation bias or am I onto something? I know the letters produced are uni code. However they are corresponding with words.
