^^ This means that all of HL belongs to government and municipalities. It also says that originally the routes had been largely privatized, but they were deprivatized in 2002.

The very first sentence there tells it's a governmental body under the Ministry of Transport. Unless Denmark has privatized its Ministry of Transport, it's not privatized.

It isn't rocket science, but it sometimes the condom having broken gets noticed only when the woman feels something liquid-ish inside her that should not be there. I wouldn't stigmatize inexperienced people as having had unprotected sex if they have done all they can with the knowledge they have to protect themselves.
