You can often flash these raid cards into IT mode to disable raid and so that they just pass through the raw disks. That way you can hook up either SAS or SATA drives and run them with software raid of your choosing, like ZFS. SATA is probably the safer bet since you will be able to use them in a future build without issues, but there's no issue with SAS.

If you can't flash this raid card to IT mode you can buy a cheap LSI 92xx card. They are quite common and cheap, and easy to flash to IT mode.

I think so yes, it doesn't stray too far from the original story but adds a lot on top of it and adds a lot of post game mechanics that I haven't encountered yet. I had never played Crystal before (but I did play Silver and I think Crystal's story is 90% same?) and it seems really polished (haha). It just feels like a much more modern game than what I remember Silver being.

I'm looking for a similar sort of ROM hack for Emerald since I never played gen 3 and later. I think I'll go for Modern Emerald but I'd love to hear other suggestions.

They still haven't formally announced that development on KSP2 has stopped right? They didnt even announce the studio shutdown. Yet it's still on sale on Steam...

You can find most if not all episodes on YouTube as well. I don't think there are any high quality versions around anyway.

Swap X and Y motors cables, rotate the printer 90 degrees and you've got a bed moving in X-direction. Problem solved 😎

X or Wayland? I had lots of issues with Wayland and X seemed to work a lot better. I still prefer to do VR on Windows.

Arch users don't like it when people say they use Arch when in fact it's an Arch derivative. Especially if you mention it on the Arch forums.

They've fixed it to a point where it's a great game, I agree. But this post is about preordering and preordering and then having to wait for more than a year to play a properly fixed game beats the purpose of preordering in the first place. You could get it for a steep discount at that point.

Yeah that makes total sense. It's my own fault for not noticing. I use them everywhere but my bedroom.
