The communist party of Russia is a minority party in opposition, it's not governing at all. That's United Russia, which holds over 70% of the seats of parliament. United Russia is not communist. You're very confidently incorrect here.
anti-communist propaganda about Russia
Anti-Communist? Russia has been a capitalist country since 1989, they're not even claiming to be communist.
To be able to claim they're not a monopoly. But I'm not sure what you're getting at. You want Google to create a new org to compete with Chromium after Mozilla dies? That seems neither realistic nor something to hope for.
Seriously, I hope Mozilla dies so that it can be reborn by a different org that gives a fuck about browsers, because Mozilla sure as hell doesn’t.
And why do you think that would happen as opposed to Chromium just becoming the only browser engine available?
Mint chocolate. Hate that stuff, but I don't mind mint or chocolate.
A few smaller ones that pop into my head are Boulder, Amarillo, Centralia (does that still count?), Slab city (not sure that counts either), Salem and Providence. Looking it up, the smallest proper city of these is Salem with 44k.
I could also probably name a ton of European city names and there will be small towns in the USA with that name, but that would kind of be cheating.
Nice, looking forward to another high-profile VR game. I hope it has a decent length.
Maybe work on dismantling those?
That‘s what they‘ve been doing for years, decades even. Just because it hit the „right“ website this time doesn’t mean this particular net neutrality violation should be ignored. On the contrary, it would be hypocritical for them to argue for net neutrality for years and then be like „oh well, those KF people suck so this time we‘re fine with it“. And why does it matter if anyone is suing? Is net neutrality only for those who have the motivation and/or means to sue?
You‘re missing the point. They want the police to act in these instances, that’s what they‘re there for. They don‘t want infrastructure providers to play the role of the police, as that sets a precedent that providers can just decide which websites they want to provide to you. It’s step one to a future where the internet you get will only be facebook, youtube and twitter.
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros, because the tutorials never stop. Even 20 hours into the game, it will explain which button to press in exhausting detail every single time. Gave up the game due to this.
On the opposite side, ΔV: Rings of Saturn. The tutorial does a really bad job of explaining the (very unusual) controls of the game. Worse, you can accidentally leave the area during the tutorial, which cancels the tutorial altogether so you have to restart the game. That happened to me twice. Third time was the charm though, and I did enjoy the game afterwards.
Yes, for sure. While the identity of a user can be checked, nobody is going to do this every time. IMO the simplest solution would be to just always show the instance even if a display name is set.
Nothing really. Someone else already wrote that Android is technically Linux. But you can also get "regular" Linux on mobile devices, it's just a matter of using a distribution with mobile-friendly UI as well as getting driver support for the phone's hardware. Ubuntu touch exists for example, but only works on a limited number of devices and even on supported devices it's not really suitable for the average user yet.
