A 70gb log file?? Am I misunderstanding something or wouldn't that be hundreds of millions of lines

I mean it kind of ends up being a Skinner box anyway just because of the loop of scrolling, seeing a post, looking at it and repeating. But I agree nobody is actively trying to trap you in one.

Great. Sometimes it's frustrating when you advocate for Palestine and whatever else and then you read a comment saying you basically deserve to die. Which I understand is a joke, and that you're just going to reply mocking me now, but I wanted to say that anyway.

Be quiet, in all of the ways the UK is bad the USA is worse.

Yeah it's still better than dairy though right? I actually really dislike almond milk, I'm not even sure how people like it I hate it so much. I do really like oat milk, soya milk is my favourite though and it's a crime that it's underappreciated lol. The one I buy has the same protein and calcium content as dairy with 2.1% fat, and it has 0g of sugar unlike dairy that has what like 5g per 100ml? It also has much less saturated fat of course. And it's only £0.50 (~$0.60usd) at Aldi

I mean fuck Ajit Pai and all, but that is a very efficient mug and it doesn't deserve hate for being associated with the grim reaper of digital freedom.

We need to end unjustified hatred of big mugs now.

Now we need somebody from Siberia to tell us how they can drive for 5000km and never leave their federal subject (I had to look that up, it's what the different regions of Russia are called)

That's insane lol, how did they even let an issue lile that slip by... is it just a bug with one version of MacOS or something?

Also to fix it, maybe you could reinstall MacOS? I installed MacOS on a computer I built for a friend years ago, it was a "hackintosh." If you can install it on all non approved hardware surely it's possible with an actual Macbook. Just because they're so absurdly expensive it would be a shame for it to be gone for good. Which is another issue with Apple's x86 products, you're paying what like $1500 or more for about $350 of hardware which half the time thermal throttles anyway because they make it thin at the expense of cooling.

That sounds like something supply side Jesus would do

Kinda funny how your own username partially contradicts your argument.

I just made an account to reply to this lol. I finally bit the bullet and started using Lemmy a few days ago, the community here is of course much smaller than reddit but I would describe the comments here as being like the 1 in 10 comments on reddit that actually made me want to keep using the site. You don't see as many one word throw away pun comments here, which I'm not necessarily against but it gets very grating over time.

I just downloaded relay yesterday, I was always a RIF user but using relay in "sure drawer" mode is a pretty similar experience. Everyone here seems very chill and nice
