But what about an AI mouse?

Some motherboards did have overheating protection back then though. Personally I had my Athlon XP computer randomly shut down several times back then, because the system had some issue, where fans would randomly start slowing down and eventually completely stop. This then triggered overheat protection of the motherboard, which simply cut the power as soon as the temperature was too hight.

Oh, so at least I wasn't the only one. Didn't have too much fun resetting password and logging in to devices this morning, as I was busy enough to leave for a trip. Now I also get to generate a bunch of app passwords again, yay!

What an unholy abomination of air conditioning that base level truck has: "Temperature control is displayed digitally on the touchscreen, but the base doesn’t have automatic temperature regulation - turning the heat dial just moves a line between blue and red."

So not only you have to manually keep adjusting it, but you can't simply adjust it by the feel, like an old school manual air conditioning / heater. Sounds absolutely horribly to use.

Probably helped by the fact that they have really low amount of cars anyway: They're ranked at 189th out of 195 countries when listed by motor vehicles by capita according to Wikipedia. They have a whopping of 10 vehicles per 1000 people and total of 1,200,000 vehicles in total while being the 13th most populous country in the world.

What about side cameras? Might miss on some important shots without them.

Definitely. Was on multiple public betas of different iOS versions on my previous 11 Pro Max, but never had any issue that was this major on any of them.

Just a word of caution for other people: The latest iOS 17.1.1 might break wired charging and touch screen functionality on the 15 Pro Max. I was one of the unlucky ones, for whom charging and touch screen stopped working after installing the update and rebooting. Side buttons work fine, but touch screen does nothing and the phone will only charge with wireless charging.

Currently doing DFU restore to see if this fixes the issue..

Edit: DFU restore fixed the phone and backup was a couple of hours ago, so not a big loss. Hopefully future updates are less buggy.

And there are cases where this has already happened: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/-particle-chrome-extension-sold-to-new-dev-who-immediately-turns-it-into-adware/ There are probably more recent cases too, but this was the first one I could find.
