Cannot believe sainz will be in a fucking Williams next year.

For me this fact (which I have been pointing out to friends IRL over the year) is proof that tsunoda was never even considered by Red bull inspite of his performances. At this point, he has to leave the red bull ecosystem to further his career.

Well leclerc just didn't not have a fast enough car under him. Norris had his strategy fumbled while being a little slow. Perez also had a suboptimal strategy but he was too slow anyway.

Because that's totally never happened with Max and Checo? Team orders to swap places that get ignored, second guessing radio calls about strategy compared to your teammate, etc.

Yeah I don't remember any incident where perez refused to swap places with max when he was ahead and the only time max was asked to swap for perez to go ahead was when max was racing with a damaged car. Usually max is around 10-50 seconds ahead of perez so there is no chance of them sabotaging each others races

Even going back to Lewis and Nico, Merc kept Nico until he chose to leave them, even through the conflict.

While this is true, their decision to keep bottas alongside Hamilton in every season after 2017 was substantially influenced by the fact that they did not want to create a toxic atmosphere like what they had with Lewis and Nico by getting a better, more competitive driver.

Do sky have special sources from the teams¿? The f1tv commentary still aren't confirming that max has damage. How are sky so sure¿?

includes all the extensions I want

This is what people dont get. Different DEs best serve different people. We should always push to have a better experience but sniping between DEs makes no sense

Hell both matches today were unbelievably brilliant. This side of the draw could have well been a semifinal lineup and we would have lost nothing. Can't wait for next week.

Most exciting session of the season. I don't see how anything can best this. \s

This is not a fix though. This is some sleep related issue that even I faced in my laptop for the mt7922 wifi card. Ensure that fast boot is disabled in the bios. Also all the kernels since 6.2(I think¿?) have patched this issue so you should not be facing this issue now. I no longer face it.

Edit : though in my case, it was only WiFi which was not working because the mt7922 kernel module was failing to load at startup. If this issue occurs again, post the output of journalctl so we can see what the exact issue is.

So I see people on the phoronix forums complaining that this is a bad thing because they have TVs which are HDMI only. From what I read, the HDMI 2.1+ spec is only needed to support extreme cases like 4k@120Hz and above. So my question is how many people are there who have a TV old enough to have no display ports but be of that outrageous specification.

Edit : it seems I am mistaken in thinking that new TVs have display port.

Asakayo(MR-author) and the others tried to get it pushed through as an experimental feature in gnome 46 but last I checked, there was discussion going on as to how to integrate in the settings page so it is clear as to what the settings do. And before making fun of them for spending time on 'trivial things', do read the discussion that is going regarding the design. Some interesting points are brought up there.
