Ive been using utc personally for over a year and i use it in context of vrchat since it yields one less necessary conversion to other people's timezones because only the offset is needed (as opposed to memorizing both offsets, which is much harder because of that nasty nasty daylight savings and its weird anomalies) but they still hate it and tell me to use a "normal" timezone lol. I had gotten 1 person to switch. And she since switched back. Shit don't work in practicality but I'm still gonna use it out of stubbornness
I haven't worn a bra in maybe 6 years. But i also only leave the house once a month lmfao. I'm in PNW
The fuselage looks way too small
Wait this could maybe be good if used very responsibly. When I had my last shroom trip, i was gone so long that I had to meet every single one of my friends again, but i had so much time to learn and think in that time span (it was also horrible). Dangerous concept for sure though lol
I pointedly avoid ChatGPT for that reason. When the NovelAI leak happened, it was amazing, and the open ecosystem flourished in response. I just can't believe they call themselves OpenAi.
Did NOT expect to see Rust mentioned. Happy it's getting recognized.
My Windows installation breaks and has to be installed every 9 months on average and its so fun
the thought of becoming a cat forever and leaving my heavy baggage and expectations behind is so enticing, i fall into the headspace for days at a time sometimes. this is absolutely correct. i think a lot of it is hormone related, cause the headspace only happens during specific parts of my cycle, but the knowledge of escaping is just as much a cause.
I think part of the joke is that lots of the traditional straight ppl out there have wild expectations like not finding others attractive anymore.
Yeah yt-dlp has been my strat this whole time anyway. Also Piped and Invidious get the job done when i'm too lazy to type in one short command for every video I watch.
Also, specifying format with yt-dlp is unnecessary ("-f 22") if you have ffmpeg installed iirc because it automatically selects the highest quality, thus shortening the command even further.
Reddit was just the de-facto source of general information for a long time. It was like the StackOverflow of general information. I think, maybe 50% of the non-programming answers I found on Google to obscure problems were on Reddit. Like there was this random issue I was having the the Valve Index headset that made its audio driver not start until I restarted the headset like 3 times, and then there was this random comment, packed full of great information, deep in a chain of comments, suggesting I change a registry value in Windows. Since then, I have never had the issue, and it's saved me tens of hours. I know Reddit can be replaced, but its loss will be felt.
What else do you expect from people already willing to explore caves?
