Oh that second book piqued my interest! Onto the downloading list it goes.
Relatos de la noche Mr Ballen's old stuff
"The teachings of Don Juan" by Carlos Castaneda. Read it in highschool and it put me off psychedelics for more than two decades.
I just watched some highlights with my kid during the weekend. It looks insane! I could never.
Ufff Toni Colette was great in it! It is one of my favorite movies too.
I liked the movie and crime books are my jam so I thought I'd give it a try. So far so good, it is entertaining and helps dull the mental noise at the end of the day.
It is very interesting IMO. Well lol I want to so this book is wishful thinking mostly. I have a small patch of land where I planted some courgettes and tomatoes but nothing on the scale this book talks about. Maybe one day.
I love bread! What kind did you make?
It is sad that some parents still have that mindset SMH
I think your idea of going the not for grade credit is spot on. You are taking care of your students even beyond the classroom while keeping the parents and school system "happy". I wish the whole system was different so we wouldn't have to worry about petty stuff like this. Petty coming from school authorities, not petty coming from you.
Fiction: "The coffin dancer" by Jeffery Deaver
Non fiction: " Epic Homesteading" by Kevin Espíritu
Sorry we are now both scarred for life.
Looking this up like right now!
Uuyyyyy me acordé de los taquitos de manteca con sal el fila de las tortillas. Que delicia!
