That said, f-droid could stand to add a directory for known-good repositories

Droidify has this

I prefer the kitchen sink ones. I've never accidentally gotten all wet from one of those like I have with the fancy toilet seat ones.

It's not FOSS as it's a modded version of Google Camera which is not open source.

Earlier this year I had a connection in Doha, Qatar on my way to the US. I had to go through security twice even though it was a connection from another international flight (first was after getting off the first flight and the second was right before getting on second flight). Both times they took away all liquids, even those bought in the airport.

I like to randomly shout "Albatross!".

Why do you think the US defense budget is so big?

I do the basic maintenance stuff myself and then pay a shop to tune up the bike each spring. When you use a bike to commute suddenly $150 a year doesn't seem like much to spend on it. That's less than one month of parking at my last job.

That's what the salt in Trapani is for...

If you use the Cheogram app for JMP.chat it works like a normal call and messaging service. You can make phone calls through the dialer app or cheogram and send and receive messages through cheogram. The app takes you through setting everything up on the first run. The only issue I've had is that group messages only show the phone number and not the contact.

That being said, if you're only using it occasionally, Mysudo has a $0.99 plan while JMP.chat is $4.99.

I don't know, I just figured someone would have. I guess we're just a flyover instance.

Nah, we renamed Web 3.0 to Web 3.2 Gen 1 to be less confusing, you're thinking of Web 3.2 Gen 2.

$0.99 in 2013. Was definitely a steal for how much I used it
