I completely forgot about that show! (Provided this was a The Critic reference)
Usually cheese. It's expensive in Korea if you want something other than processed neon orange slices. If I happen to have a block of something nice I paid way too much for on a whim, I'll definitely plan a few meals around it.
No, no. This is literally steeped ice cubes.
I agree with this to a point. It depends on your set up at home, vs whether or not you get decent seats at a theater and how crowded it is. I saw "Dune" from great seats in a mostly empty theater, and I don't think any home set up could compare. I also watched "It Follows" at home late at night on a decent TV while my family was away, and I can't imagine a better way to experience that one.
Elden Ring and Stardew Valley ate a decent chunk of 2023 for me. And are both amazing games in their own right. Totally different, though.
I didn't play anything really bad this past year, but I did bounce off Crosscode pretty hard after expecting to love it given I'm a sucker for early JRPGs and the 8 and 16 bit eras in general. It's a well made game, just overlong and featuring some tedious and frustrating mechanics.
Your sample is biased given a specifically-sized subset of the population tends towards such work.
Hey, we're all nerds here. It's totally viable.
It depends on whether I displace the wall, or the wall displaces me.
I'm a fairly prolific poster. At least commenter. I started a community here for a subreddit I miss. I've even got 97 subscribers. Three of us post anything, and I am by-far the most active of those three. I highly suspect that's an expected ratio of lurkers to posters. Meaning, if I want a reasonable number of engagement, I need to get like thirty times as many subscribers. I can't see that happening any time soon unless Reddit actually collapses.
I recently retired a shaving brush I had been using for twenty-five-ish years. It really did need to be replaced, though.
And there's the one episode where they switch Bingo's and Bluey's positions in the song and it's completely unexpected and amazing. Bluey is GOAT! I really can't think of a better kids' show.
