On the left, people are not very forgiving of other leftists, when they cross the line. And if you really cross the line, then we just don't want you on our team anymore, gtfo.

On the right, it's like no matter what you've done, as long as you fight for the same thing as the others, you can still be on the team. This is why you see artists make a shift to the right, just before a big scandal, they know they will still have a fangroup as long as they share rightwing propoganda.

And do you deny that a lot of Americans have a hard time getting off of work to go vote? That making election day a national holiday would not easily make a lot more people participate in the countrys democracy?
