Thanks for the information, and I will take it into account.

I think I'm okay, but thanks! I just started and I can barely tell the difference between weapons, and I haven't set up my steam guard yet, so I can't trade.

I know this is a bit offtopic, but on e621(warning: furry site) there is a userscript called Re621 that in the absence of a 'subscription' system allows you to subscribe and creates a kind of notification within the page that notifies you when an artist you subscribed to uploads new art, without the need for an account. Something like this would be ABSOLUTELY GREAT if it existed for Youtube, because I could just export my subscriptions and that's it, if I format my PC I don't lose my recommendations.

Since I can't really help and I don't know if something like this exists for Youtube, I wish it does because I also use Youtube without an account, but something I can suggest you is to use some instance of Piped and create an account (not related to Youtube, it only exists inside the instance) to be able to subscribe and save playlists, but only that in your case, because you will lose the personalized recommendations, you can also use FreeTube and subscribe locally to your favorite content creators there and export it as a backup so that if you were to format your PC, you can remember the names of the content creators to which you were subscribed.

I was looking for a Todo app recently, thanks for sharing!

I’ve been researching on Rethink’s Github and I haven’t been able to find anything.

It may be a silly question, but a real VPN does work? Or does it tell you same error?

I know of other two open source apps that have the same function as Rethink, and they’re Tracker Control and NetGuard. There’s also Blokada but it doesn’t work exactly like Rethink.

Not so, I code by myself and when I have a problem I ask ChatGPT but I do not say "do everything for me".

I honestly don't know, I didn't do it manually, I only use F-Droid and 0 Google services and "microG" magically appeared among my installed apps inside F-Droid.

I tried it in my Samsung device but the app is just a blank backgroud with the name of the app in the top left corner. I´m missing something?

I didn't know FastForward but it looks great, in fact Skip Redirect didn't work on many sites. And I do not know, it is a comment that I have read a lot but I have never been able to confirm, I only know that at least in my case sometimes the counters of some pages go down to 0 suddenly but I do not know if it is because of uBlock.

Fedora seems to me a wonderful distribution and what I like the most is that it is like the "Vanilla" flavor of each DE and that it is really innovative. I've tried their Gnome and Plasma flavors and it's been pretty good, except for a few things:

  1. Inability to install Nvidia drivers: In the past, maybe a year or year and a half ago I tried Fedora but when I installed Nvidia drivers and rebooted the system I had the problem that I always had a black screen, I reinstalled several times and I exhausted myself Now that I think about it, it is very possible that this is a problem of some Wayland dependency in Plasma, because that has happened to me in other distros and I simply changed to X11 and installed said package, or I could do it from TTY, but I never thought about that .

  2. I have nothing against snaps or flatpaks and it seems ridiculous to argue about that, everyone uses what works for them and likes it and in my case I use all the available package formats, but there are some Firefox extensions that I don't they work because of the sandbox environment that flatpak provides, and some other programs that have a similar problem.

I guess all that will be fixed, one day I'll give it a try again.

To be honest, I think the only "piracy/privacy friendly" alternative would be to use a stolen credit card haha (I don't recommend it at all and it's a joke).

I think in general all these services will ask you for a credit card in one way or another, and that's fine, they need to make sure that no one abuses their services. The closest thing to something "piracy friendly" you can do is to use an old laptop or computer and use it exclusively for that or even better in a virtual machine.
