Officially, yes.

Orban is just being Orban.

But Poland said they wouldn't arrest him either and the new German chancellor also said the same.

It's only genocide if you starve white kids.

Hamas is trying to keep as many alive as they can.

But (a) 2000 pound bunker busters don't discriminate between Palestinians and Israelis and (b) if the IDF comes too close to the hostages, their guards have to decide whether to let them go alive or to kill them.

In the case of the Druze guy, I can definitely see Hamas choosing not to kill him. But in cases of Israelis who also served in the IDF, the rational choice is to kill them instead of giving the IDF a propaganda win.

And finally, sometimes the IDF probably accidentally kills them and tries to blame Hamas if they can get away with it.

Yeah, the smell is obnoxious. I'm not surprised at all. Seems like a "water is wet" finding.

Then you'll need to educate yourself beyond what the government tells you.

Look up the ProPublica leaks. Someone is serving a very long jail time for leaking that out. It clearly shows how billionaires have very low taxable income, probably lower than yours.

To then say that you are upper class and Jeff Bezos is middle class is... Absurd.

The top 10% of income is not upper class. The error that people make, including you, is to focus on income.

People like Elon Musk have incomes smaller than $100K.

Upper class are the people who do not need to work and who live off of capital.

We need to shift our focus on wealth equality.

Look, the economy needs capital. If we want to be less dependent on the capital of rich people, then middle class people need to take over that role.

The people making $100-300K per year are key, because they can provide an alternative source of capital if their tax burden is lowered.

The people making $50K will not be able to provide large amounts of capital.

I'm having the same issue. I think they might be under an active DDoS attack and their DDoS protection is being very liberal in blocking devices.

Agreed. And to your point, competitive states without voter suppression like Wisconsin and Michigan had turnout of around 75%, while Texas (which is most known for suppressing voters) only achieved 60% turnout.

Romney wasn't that different from McCain, Bush or Reagan. Or Sunak or Thatcher.

Relative to other conservatives, he was within the norm.

If you can't tell the difference between a limited number of well known examples and a statistical percentage, then perhaps you shouldn't lecture others on thinking.

The idea that the EU is powerless is naive.

I like your way of thinking.

Actually, Unions tend to do something similar with overtime and weekend pay.

If the factory needs you at night or in the weekend, they gotta pay up.
