Whoa, there must have been a blow out sell on office chairs. Who needs normal chairs when you can have an office chair?!

Also, no central heat and air, window units... In that massively hot tin box.

Also I forgot to mention the floor to wall carpeting.

Man this place has it all! What a steal! lol

edit: I totally missed it, but did anyone clock the gigantic quilt sewing machine in slide 34?

I, switched from Google FI because of lack of customer support and services that were getting less and less, but more costly and costly. I went to T-Mobile. Good service, much the same as Google fi is a first party mvno. Anyway I use a private dns. NextDns. T-Mobile had no clue what a dns was and the super had to Google it. They SEVERELY THROTTLE if you use next dns.

I HATE THAT. What do you use as privacy conscious individuals?

edit: not that! What

Ironic that ZD-Net is speaking of relevancy. Ha

As a release engineer for Electronic Arts for 13 years, this looks like to me a copy of either the source folder from Perforce, a devs machine that had synced a stream, or the same from a build machine. It's not uncommon to use batch files and python scripts to reconfigure a workspace to switch workspaces. I see a solution file in there.

I would bet that particular file is an automation script to configure a machine for development.

As a 15 year long editor to Wikipedia, this comment is exactly how i feel and it's hilarious.

edit: my God i just waisted 2 minutes of my life I'll never get back reading that article. 40 editors are a SPEED BUMP when it comes to editing the Wikipedia. Also what's up with the terms they are using for group of editors? Lol

What id like to see is the appeal to the admin thread on the Wikipedia. Instead we have a slate article about this click bait bullshit.

Right i posted the same thing on another nothing chats thread a few days ago. It's such a bizarre statement that's just not true.

Such a dumb question that people obses over. As a gay man, i personally prefer someone who will actually have experience and be good in bed.

edit: i am not criticizing the comic strip, i love the animation, just the theme. I've always found body count super silly/borderline sexist..

I don't like this. Not everything can be bubblegum and gumdrops, but this is promoting suicide and as a person that has been very close to that point, i hate this.

Edit: Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a volunteer Crisis Counselor. Free 24/7 support at your fingertips. They also have a number if you're in the place, 988 in the USA.

To be clear, this may not have been the artist's intention, but it's how it read to me.

It's not "Whole Foods" it's Amazon. Whole Foods died when Amazon bought them.

source: I'm from Austin and know several people that work there from employees to management. They killed everything that was whole foods.

Even the devs hate denuvo. It slows down the build times and makes it hard to debug.

Could you just get an extension that changes your user agent? They exist. I wonder if it would work.

Try being a e release engineer and having to use it. It's awful. You have to configure your nodes to connect to their servers and then wait for the "magic". Quite often it would time out and this was for a mega video game studio. Denovo is trash.

I switched. Still getting a handle on the ferdiverse. The developer for Sync said he was creating a Lemmy app. I use Jerboa currently.
