Not the Verbena bonariensis? I think it looks very much like that one, although i now read they grow 150cm tall, sometimes 180. I just measured mine and my guess was pretty good, its 195cm tall.

Leaves look like this:

It's like two meters high and growing in the flower pot i use to empty the birds water dish in.
