So after more research linage OS and calyx only allow Micro G apps to spoof and the verify via the app signature key the are signed with to verify this is the only way LinageOS would agree to adding micro G support so it is secure but still makes me feel unsafe at least to me just my opinion but yes it can be done securely I would use Linage OS with Micro G if the supported relocking the bootloader I know pixels support this but requires you to build your own version from source of linage and the sign your device with your own key that you also sign your build with as well I think I'll stick with GrapheneOS.

This is what I do I self host pretty much most of my services.

So google play services on android along with Google store are installed in the root system the can basicly do whatever the want permission wise play services is always running in the background and is a huge battery drain by not having it installed at all you are gaining more battery life.

It runs great just no steam for games because no arm64 support but runs really good.

Nope I had to go back to Google Android on my pixel won't even activate anymore.

Carrier services isn't required for RCS anymore pixel phones brand new don't even have it installed.

So a former home office employee of Walmart it is what's left after the name brand run it is what isn't up to snuff for the name brand that is why off brand vegetables have more stems and stuff etc in them.
