I won't even bother to see/hear what this guys is babbling, because I never understood how people can watch a guy like this. DT has never shown anything new, innovative or even knew how to say sorry when he made mistakes, so it's another shitfluencer of our era.

And supporting RMS makes him more shit than he ever was.

Bitwarden since they starded. Didn't need anything more than the free subscription, but I'm thinking of self-hosting my own vaultwarden instance.

Try using musicbrainz's scrobble service, listenbrainz - it's actively developed and works pretty well.

Why do I keep seeing people say port forwarding is required on different topics

Because peer-to-peer connectivity works like that. That's why it's called peer to peer: you connect directly to the other peer, hence you need a port open and you are usually not connected directly to the internet, but through a router/switch/whatever, which in turn should forward the connection on that port to your client app.

It doesn't support CalDAV. It's the main reason I gave up on them. Also, having to use their mail client is not cool.

This is not a site. It's software you can use to host and publish your music... And I think it would work for podcasts too.

You're american, right? And you use an iPhone, right?

[-] clmbmb@lemmy.dbzer0.com 10 points 1 year ago

Yes, but by using their own chips in a big market they're making their users leave for iPhone or potentially other android makers that don't ruin your battery life like Exynos. Typing this from a hot S20 plus 😔

I've been using it for the last two years without any issues.

Apple are operating in China by caving in to the government. I don't think they'll be more radical with the UK.
