Have you tried zerotier? Another option is to get a vps with unlimited bandwith and setup ovpn server on it. Then you need a router that can connect as a client to vpn. This way you will have a public ip and you dont need to mess with tunnel services. A vps with public ip is about 10 bucks a month.
I know it is not working with every workplace but I often deliver packages to my work. Most carriers define the delivery time to an hour timeframe, some like ExpressOne are doing it down to 20min time frame with a live tracking showing your courier's progress to reach you.

I have an android phone so I will have a hard time getting rid of google account but I have used clodflare to create a custom email and have setup forwarding/sending vianalias inside gmail. I made a separatr address for website registrations and personal mail. I will slowly start the transitioning of all my accounts.

There are already solutions to sign a pdf or reorganize the sheets or make comments. My point was its all a separate tool which defeats the point. Like if you want to use paint and the fill bucket is in a separate application. Just makes no sense. I honestly willing to pay for a complete solution I dont want it for free.
