And AFAIK they offer the option to customize your laptop and there is also an OS option. Was there where I ordered mine. Had the choice of 2 Linux distros I believe or just no OS at all which was my choice.

I first tried Centos because I knew it. Was horrible as a workstation.

I tried installing Mint but for reason the installer just did not work. A coworker (who was in Arch at the time) suggested I try Manjaro and have loved it even since.

It's also a cultural thing. Here manual transmission for fuel powered car cars is the most popular choice by far. People here sort of think that automatic is for people that can't drive or old people.

The problem is not lack of bike parking, we have plenty of that in the Netherlands 😊 We're just sort of spoiled and like to park our bike right at the place we need to be. If you do that normally it usually isn't a problem.
