Seems like something that could be improvised, I would not spend 3-games on it :D

We love Clank! After dominion, our first modern euro (not counting settlers of catan) we got Clank and loved it. The majority of games we play are only my gf and I and while clank does work as a 2-player, its much better with 3 or more. Thus, it does not see the table often as other games.

However, we got Clank Catacombs soon as it came out and loved it. Works better as a two player too, because the routes are not so predictable. We had some games with super easy dungeon escape routes and others where almost everyone died trying to escape. I love that aspect of the game.

There are also a lot of cards that make +clank and this makes playing much more dangerous. I like that since dying in original clank was rather rare. Dying below the green line happened maybe once or twice in al the games we played of the original in 5 years.

Catacombs is borrowing some aspects of legacy and I think it really works well.

I really enjoy it. Extremely solid gameplay and I like the theme, too :)

We are currently still on the road and played more of Castles of Burgundy. We played a four player and a three player round which were a bit grueling because one of the players always took ages to make up their mind on what to do.

We also managed to squeeze in Ark Nova on the weekend. As always, a two player match which was fun but my gf is always very disappointed when she looses. This is not typical for her but I think it has something to do that you can end up having negative points. Sadly, its still my favorite game.

I have a Celestron C71256 10 x 50 and if the night is dark Andromeda is visible like a big smudge in the sky. I like to use the Great Square of Pegasus to find it. In fact Andromeda lies kinda smack in the middle between Perseus and Pegasus

These games only work for me if alcohol is involved

Unfortunately I have not. This is Ares, right?

We just got an expansion for it, too! Its called Venus next! Will report when we have tried it :)

I still want to make an organizer for Terraforming mars because its a mess in that box!

Its a pity, its my favorite game this year. If you would ask my girlfriend, she would agree with you. So far, while I had kinda meh starting hands I managed to have a tight game. I think that its essentially a 2 player game and more players can really hinder the game flow. As a 2player it is probably one of the deeper ones out there. Rarely is a game best played at 2, unless its a duel game

I agree entirely, hate Munchkin with a passion

In principle a good idea. We actually own it. Its not really an adventure game and I think as a Coop deckbuilder, its not that great. Its OK but its not a good game in our opinion. We have it because we like Harry Potter and the box looks nice in our collection. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Those are super good games, ticket to ride is a fun family game! No shame in having a few games, I prefer playing them instead of a huge collection!

If you dont know it yet, but I think in particular for kids its great, check out Carcassonne! It also exists as a junior version but depending on the age I think the normal version is amazing even for kids!

Oh I do, a lot. Which is why I build the system so that even if I am gone for 2 weeks, the plant will get the best possible water routine.
