I feel like this chapter would've been a little punchier without the multiple breaks in the action right at the end.
I wonder if Elbaf is going to be similarly short so we can get right into the final arc? I hope not since there's a lot of major stuff going on there to be explored, but Wano length would be maybe too much.
Whew! Egghead was such a wild ride!
Gonna be fun to go back to reread this arc. The amount of lore and plot stuff packed in between the plot and action is massive and it was done in way less time that Wano which was refreshing. The characters were also good, I think Vegapunk's complexity is one of Oda's best and it'll be interesting to see where Lilith and York go as the last two survivors.
I reread the chapter where he explains the robot. When it attacked Mariejois it ran out of power and was supposed to be destroyed, but some scientists hid it on Egghead. It must've been Vegapunk found it and built the lab nearby to study it.

It's probably Lily since it looks like Vivi and Imu has some sort of interest in Vivi, maybe because she looks like Lily.
I'm headcanon-ing it for now as Rayleigh thinks it's something that needs to be discovered instead of told, but the timing thing does seem like it's very important.

I like reading both cuz the official makes stuff clearer but TCB is better at the vibe of dialogue even if some of it may be less accurate
I used to post the threads around when TCB released but someone requested to post on Sundays because they only followed the official release, maybe we should go back to following the TCB release since I can't remember who it was and if they still post in the threads
Question to One Piece discussers: when we're done the break the next couple chapter releases are going to be out of sync due to the holidays, so should we follow when the TCB Scans version releases or when the official release comes out?
