Is every business in the USA basically just living off of the handouts from imperialism and not really providing much in the way of services? Not just thinking of Boeing. Like the USA is having trouble supplying Ukraine, Hollywood movies are terrible (moreso than usual?), etc., etc. Like the entire USA is just designed to appreciate the value of assets based on holding a gun to the head of the global south.

The purpose is to fund the military industrial complex and keep communism at bay. The USA has been quite successful in this regard. But one can only delay the inevitable for so long. The overall tendency for profit to decline means that capitalism will end one day, one way or another.

The Japanese had been begging to surrender for six months—on one condition, that the emperor retain a ceremonial position. The USA granted this condition after the surrender because they didn’t actually care and thought that a fascist leader would be useful in fighting communism, which is also why they placed fascist collaborators in charge of South Korea, thereby leading directly to the Korean War.
