BERT and early versions of GPT were trained on copyright free datasets like Wikipedia and out of copyright books. Unsure if those would be big enough for the modern ChatGPT types

Excited for these, though appreciate the binge model means you'll have a lot on your hands

When it whispered ("the software") I lost it

I am quite enjoying this website though, shout out to lol.lamp.wtf which is an instance which seems to exist only to block all other instances

man you are more organised than me, much respect

The writing of Kirk in SNW is fine but I just don't think the casting is right.

They began experimentally federating several of their staff accounts. I could read them directly on mastodon. I don't THINK they could read any Mastodon data

This is hilarious

Prodigy gets more star treky later on and actually has the most coherent season arc of the Kurtzman era (it introduces an actually interesting new species)

Go back and finish Deep Space Nine if you didn't watch it consistently, it's great and probably the most adult Trek. If you're looking for less of a commitment, Strange New Worlds is great. The only plot point you need to know going into it is

spoilerPike has seen his future and knows he's destined to become severely paralysed

Discovery is pretty standalone but it's a very odd show. Everyone is very emotional and every episode is super dramatic. Not to everyone's taste but good if you want a Trek that reflects more modern TV.

Enterprise gets quite good as well, despite it's flaws.

What do you mean by "woke" in this context?
