Life itself is probably doomed by sheer laws of entropy lol

Didn’t read the article, nor the full title, did you?

Edit: the single downvote is hilarious

I can see both setups being necessary… If im sitting in a chair, I don’t think I’d want my virtual monitors to be following my head while I move, I’d still want them to be roughly around my keyboard and mouse. But using it while walking, they absolutely should be floating around my head, keeping the main one at some fixed angle.

Aren’t K8s and Go fundamentally Google projects?

If it’s anything like here (Canada), it’d be around 7-8yo.

Oh, same. I run a bunch of Docker services and VMs and stuff for work, so the extra RAM lets me dedicate some memory to it without eating at my day to day apps. Also gets rid of the Electron junk problem by brute forcing it lol. But for gaming specifically, as far as I’m concerned, it’s GPU>CPU>RAM in order of importance - as long as you’re not bottlenecked by the latter, prioritize putting money in the former.

I went 32GB on my early 2020 build, and I didn’t regret it once ever since. I still have a second 2x16GB set in my pricing watchlist just in case there’s a good sale and I feel fancy lol. It’s honestly just nice not having to think about it at all.

It’s really good au gratin with garlic butter. But it looks like a chunk of snot.

So, what you’re saying is, it’s pretty much on character for PP lol

I’ve yet to have the first be as smooth an experience as just using the native package manager. Be it some app misbehaving or needing manual permissions tweaking, or a missing/inexistent GTK theme, amongst other issues.

Distrobox/containers are however pretty cool indeed. I don’t use Distrobox myself, but there are many things in my shell’s RC that’s just a wrapper alias/function around some docker image already.

Iosevka is so great. Not everyone likes the narrow look. I've tried other fonts a couple of times since I stumbled on it a good handfuls of years ago, but I always come back.

The Kraft one isn't half bad

But then note I said "isn't half bad", not that it's great. But I'd say it works in a pinch, or if it's on sale...
