Yeah obviously the president of the US and the Senate couldn't possibly be controlled by Democrats, because otherwise they would have the absolute ability to remake the supreme court. It's too bad, gosh it sucks that we live under the control of Republicans who control every arm of the federal government.

Here's the site for the puzzle hunt: https://www.timehop.com/greathalloweenpuzzlehunt. Getting them all right puts you in the running for $100 so hopefully a hexbear (or 3!) gets it in the end.

Each puzzle resolves with a 5 letter solution, in this case all part of a spooky halloween theme. I have solved 4 of the 6, but could use some help with the other two.

Here are the solutions I've found:

#1The key here is seeing the little 'P', 'B', '1', and '4' under some of the moons. The "14" especially gives away that you are supposed to transpose the message on the card onto the moons starting with the top left. (The 'B' in "celebration" ends up being off by one space but they've made little mistakes like that before.) To find the 5 letter word, take the letter from each full moon and spell out:
spoiler #1 answer SCARE :::

#2Pretty obvious imo, take the word said during each of the flashes in the video and add them to the grid design in the bottom right, starting from the middle and working counter clockwise. The word is then in the vertical shaded section.
spoiler #2 answer RAVEN :::

#4The key here is in the little dots found on the cards first and second pages. Choose a color and start with the single dot, then connect that to the cluster of two dots of the same color, then the cluster of three, etc. until there aren't any more of the same color to connect. Each drawn figure is a letter (for instance, the black dots form an 'E'). To figure out the correct order of the letters to form the word, arrange the letters in the order that the colors appear in the poem.
spoiler #4 answer COVEN :::

#6This ones a pigeon cipher, looking at the 4 pictures shows a set of letters on the pumpkin. These can be listed out in order as 'LENTGAHI'. We can fill this out in the pigeon key already provided, starting with N in the top left and moving through the list clockwise. Then we use the code to find the answer.
spoiler #6 answer NIGHT :::

~~#3 and #5 are still eluding me, so I if anyone wants to share a solution that'd be awesome.~~

Comrade HumanBehaviorByBjork solved #3, now #5 is the only one unsolved.

That's a picture of Osama Bin Laden, from the article to the left "Anti-Soviet warrior puts his army on the road to peace"

If you click on the three dots icon on the bottom right of the comment, and then click on the little page icon (rightmost of the newly revealed icons), you'll see what the markdown code looks like that renders that comment. For this case, pipes ("|") are interpreted by markdown as table boundaries.

There are ~27 empty homes for every homeless person in America. We could end homelessness tomorrow without the need for nightmare "technically habitable" tiny homes.

What part of "uncritical support for the DPRK in its heroic struggle to liberate occupied Korea from the genocidal American empire" do you think is a joke exactly?

who are the main political actors

And, if applicable, some sort of chad to virgin-cuck rating of them

None of this refutes what I argued above, that the protests were quickly taken over by right wing groups propped up by the West, with the new government handpicked by the state department:

That probably would have been more convincing if I didn't personally know people who took part in the revolution and then fought Russia,

Cool are they happy with Victoria Nuland selecting their government?

or if Zelensky didn't have sky high popular support,

I haven't seen an approval poll inside of Ukraine for a while but the guy banned opposition parties so it's not like you'd have any other political option at the moment lol.

or if he wasn't Jewish.

Seriously very funny to pretend like a Jewish president wipes out the neo-Nazi reality of the Azov battalion.

the insults are just to amuse myself, and because you deserve them.

Whatever gets you off then, I guess.

but how are you going to then shit on an extremely popular people's movement that ousts the entrenched power system?

It would be great if Euromaiden was an actual popular revolution that turned control over to the people, but any legitimate popular energy was hijacked by western-backed right wing forces. This is evident by the fact that the grassroots protest leaders where shut out of the new government to make space for neo-Nazis handpicked the US state department (you can hear Victoria Nuland say "fuck the EU" around 10 mins into this video before selecting the new Ukrainian cabinet).

And hey, I too used to be a smug liberal who looked down upon everyone who wasn't in lock step with US propaganda, but if you're trying to convince people of something I'd recommend you don't bookend every comment with reddit-ass insults to people's intelligence.
